FOCUS ON GROWTH Spiritual Transformation Survey
Please help us know how we're growing as a church by giving us insight into your personal spiritual transformation. Survey forms are available in the foyer or by contacting Highview's office at highview@buildingbiggerhearts.ca. We'd like to collect these before October 17 so the information gathered can be part of our discussion at the Elders and Staff Retreat. Please put your completed for in the box provided.
